Want to get connected at Forerunner Church?
We offer many opportunities for engaging with our community and growing in your gifts as a believer. Join us every Sunday morning after the 10am service in the welcome center area to connect with our leaders, discover the heartbeat of what we do, and see how you can be a part of it all. No registration is necessary. Here are some topics you can learn about during Next steps.
Pray: Forerunner Church’s foundational commitment is to give a local-church expression of the International House of Prayer. Hear how the Lord established 24/7 worship and prayer in Kansas City in September, 1999, and discover how you can join us in the mission of 24/7 prayer and worship.
Connect: Life is not meant to be lived alone. Come join us in fellowship and friendship around God’s word in our weekly small groups.
Serve: There are many opportunities for you to minister and use the gifts that God has given you. We provide easy on-ramps to our Forerunner Teams so that you can pour your life out in service to Christ’s Body.
Develop: We offer a variety of classes and programs to help you and your family. Our goal is to build strong individuals and families who are growing in passion for Jesus and compassion for people.
Intro to the Prayer Room
The purpose of this class is to connect the church body to the vision and values of the International House of Prayer, and to bring clarity to and demystify participation in the 24/7 prayer room.
