Allen Hood (MDiv, Asbury Theological Seminary) has been serving on the leadership team of the International House of Prayer since 2000. He served as the President of the International House of Prayer University from 2003–2016 and currently serves as the Associate Director of the IHOPKC Missions Base and as the Executive Pastor of Forerunner Christian Fellowship, IHOPKC’s church expression. Allen is an intercessory missionary called to partner in fulfilling the Great Commission by advancing 24/7 prayer and worship in every tribe and tongue and by proclaiming the beauty of Jesus and His glorious return. His highest joy is to see the Church manifesting the fullness of Christ’s life in the nations. Allen resides in Kansas City with his wife, Rachel, and their three sons. Dale Anderson (BEd, MA) been a prophetic Bible teacher, preacher, and school teacher for over 30 years. As a missionary in Gliwice, Poland from 1992–99, Dale taught English as a second language and planted a church on the foundations of intimacy with Jesus and prayer. He presently serves as a district pastor at the International House of Prayer of Kansas City and is a faculty member at the International House of Prayer University. He has a passion to see the global church established in night-and-day prayer on a foundation of intimacy with Jesus. Dale and his wife, Cheryl, have two children and two grandchildren.
Director of Engage and Volunteer Coordinator
Angela Petry received her BA in English and writing from Houston Baptist University and worked for several years before the Lord surprised her with the invitation to do the Intro to IHOPKC internship in 2014. She entered staff at the conclusion of the internship, joining the pastoral team in order to launch special projects. She continues to build structures and provide support for the pastoral team, as well as for several other areas on base, preferring to describe her role as that of a special project ninja. She is also the acting volunteer coordinator for FCF’s Sunday morning hospitality teams.
Director, Student Affairs, IHOPU District Pastor
Brandon and his wife, Erin, have been on staff at the International House of Prayer for the past eleven years. Brandon teaches at International House of Prayer University and gives leadership to programs which are designed to train and equip teachers, preachers, and intercessors. He currently serves as vice president of IHOPU Student Affairs.
Brandon is also the founder and director of Ancient Paths Adventures, a non-profit study tour ministry in the Middle East. The focus of yearly trips is to transport the reader of the Bible into the lands and culture in which the Bible was inspired, written, and experienced.
Jim has served on staff at the International House of Prayer since 2010. As well as serving as a district pastor at Forerunner Christian Fellowship, Jim is the director of International Ministries at IHOPKC.
Jim has served in full-time ministry for twenty years. In 1994, he and his wife, Nancy, founded Lamplighter Ministries Inc., a missions organization working in Mexico and Uganda. Jim also served as the senior pastor at the Tabernacle Church in Auburn, Alabama, for ten years.
In 2009, Jim and his family moved to Reynosa, Mexico where they helped establish the Reynosa House of Prayer.
Jim and Nancy have been married since 1988 and have five children, Jim Jr., Daniel, Mary Kathryn, David, and Benjamin.
Jaik Kim is a district pastor at Forerunner Christian Fellowship, as well as the director of the Korean Ministry at the International House of Prayer (IHOPKC).
Jaik received his bachelor’s degree in computer science at the University of Washington, and in theology at Grace Bible School; he received his master’s at Oregon College of Oriental Medicine.
Prior to joining staff at IHOPKC, Jaik served as an English ministry pastor for ten years at Eden Presbyterian Church in Beaverton, Oregon. He speaks at conferences and seminars in South Korea.
Zack and his wife, Holli, moved to Kansas City in 2007 from Wichita, Kansas, where he owned a home-building business. Since joining IHOPKC, Zack and Holli have worked extensively with the Intro to IHOPKC internship and the Immerse training program, and now serve as district pastors.
Zack earned a bachelor’s of science from Liberty University and a biblical studies certificate from IHOPU.
Zack and Holli are the proud parents of five children.
Zone Pastor and Friendship Groups Coordinator
Lynn received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Bradley University. During her corporate career, Lynn gained more than thirty years of management experience. In fall 2009, she left her position at Grizzard Communication, a direct marketing communications fundraising agency, to retire in Florida. In 2011, realizing that God had a different plan for her, Lynn moved to Kansas City to join staff at the International House of Prayer as a full-time intercessory missionary.
District Pastor and Head of Altar Ministry
Juliet Canha moved to Kansas City in 2002 with her husband, Randy, and three children to participate in ministries at the International House of Prayer. While at IHOPKC, Juliet has ministered in deliverance and inner healing counseling, friendship group leadership, altar ministry leadership, marriage enrichment, and spiritual wholeness discipleship classes and seminars. Juliet is also a licensed minister and a certified Christian counselor.
Chantelle Terrones came from Southern California to Kansas City in January of 2012. She attended what she thought would be an “Introduction to the House of Prayer” (Intro to IHOP Internship), but it turned out to be a full immersion into a culture of prayer. After solidifying her vision through Forerunner Partnership Development, she knew that she had found her forever occupation of serving the servants in the place of prayer and worship unto His glorious return!
